Marketing & Research Strategy

Monica is a strategic branding and marketing professional. She has worked in innovation, brand management, and consumer research for Fortune 100 companies like Ford, P&G and Nestle. She has also worked for DTC start-ups like MANSCAPED and Earth Breeze. Her passions are in branding, innovation, and consumer insights. She loves helping companies large and small with their branding strategies to create strong messaging that will stand out and truly connect with consumers.

Monica holds an MBA from UC Berkeley in Marketing and Strategy and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin in Marketing and International Business, she is also trained as a Senior Moderator and Facilitator.

Rafael is passionate about telling stories in a compelling way that engages audiences. Rafael studied Psychology and Business at UCLA and received a Masters in Production from The American Film Institute. He has worked on hundreds of commercials, music videos, documentaries, feature films, and brand campaigns.

Rafael is entrepreneurial by nature and has started and sold a sporting goods brand and developed many real estate projects. He believes that good marketing is an art.
