The 155,000-square-foot, two-level, tilt-wall Gyrodata headquarters combines manufacturing, warehousing, an electronics laboratory, 24-foot-clear-height storage building, overhead bridge crane, chilled water system and an adjacent 45,000-square-foot parking facility. This project achieved LEED Gold certification.
