Following the financial crisis of 2009, this project was suspended until a new developer assumed the project and contracted with davisREED. davisREED provided comprehensive preconstruction services before construction resumed in order to meet the client’s pro forma. The scope of work included a luxury spa, guestrooms, lobby, back of house, site work and structure for this 5-Star property.
